11 & 12 Megapixel Digital Cameras
We have more than 100 digital cameras in our database in the 11 and 12 megapixel range, including many of the most popular ones. Tons of cameras have a 12-megapixel resolution, from $800 consumer dSLRs down to $100 ultra-compact snapshooters. Remember, megapixels affect picture size, not image quality. Cameras
with 11 or 12 megapixels have ample resolution for the
average photographer. Unless you plan to sell poster-sized prints of
your photos on a regular basis, a camera's megapixel count is pretty
much irrelevant. Regardless, there's a good chance you'll end up with a 12 megapixel camera.
