Digital Cameras from $0 to $100
In the under-$100 price range, you'll get a very basic budget camera or if you're lucky, some cameras from a previous model year sold at clearance prices. Image quality will be inconsistent, AA batteries will likely be required, and you'll probably be limited to a zoom range of about 3x. You should be able to find some cameras that shoot HD video, but don't expect much.
